Come to the Sweetheart Rally
FOREST LAKE — The Sweetheart Rally happens Saturday, Feb. 3, at Forest Lake Post 225 and promises to be a good get-together. Social hour and membership turn-in are at 11 a.m. Lunch is at noon with a program to follow.

Commander: Don’t let personalities divide our efforts
Our great American Legion Family is made up of many different types of people with many different personalities. We don’t always agree. We don’t always get along. We do have to do our best to get along for the greater good though. We have too much work to do, and a lot of veterans and families are counting on us to get things done.
What does Fund 85 do?
Your charity makes a difference. Here, the Legionnaire provides our readers with Fund 85 money disbursed Jan.-July. The funds don’t go to the veteran, but, rather, to the need, such as a landlord or utility.

National commander is coming to Veterans Day on the Hill
