Resolutions passed at the 107th National Convention
Minnesota sent a resolution to the America Legion National Convention originating from Zimmerman Post 560. The Department of Minnesota Convention approved it in July.
Amendment to expand American Legion Auxiliary membership
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A resolution passed at the 107th American Legion National Convention amended the American Legion National Constitution. The majority voted aye, but there were nay votes, too.

President: Project serves veterans, servicemembers
The 2026-27 President’s Project is to raise funds for the Creative Arts program. This program is open to ALL veterans, with the only stipulation that they are registered with the VA.
Counselor: Minnesota Boys State is not a military camp
We experienced a great week in June at St. John’s University. We also learned there are misconceptions about the American Legion Boys State program.

There were talks of bringing back the Harvest Rally for the Saturday of Camporee.
