Marine Corps veteran Rodney K. Rolland addressed The American Legion National Executive Committee after they unanimously voted to appoint him the 14th national adjutant. Rolland's appointment followed the announced retirement of his predecessor, Daniel S. Wheeler, who had served in the role since 2008.
