What about the rallies?

Sixth District Commander Anthony Koop figured his district might come in first, so he brought his No. 1 Twins bear.

ST. PAUL —Though there were talks of bringing back the Harvest Rally for the Saturday of Camporee, that was nixed as a result of an insurance policy, according to the Sons of The American Legion Detachment of Minnesota.

The detachment would have organized the rally.

However, the other rallies are shaping up but not completely determined.

The Pearl Harbor Rally will be Dec. 5, organized by the Legion Riders. The Appreciation Rally, organized by the American Legion Department of Minnesta, will be March 13.

Locations have not been decided.

It appears the Sweetheart Rally, organized by the Auxiliary, might return to the Legion Family schedule. A date and location have not been set.
