Sons of the American Legion – Minnesota

A special thank you to Jason Hruza who is the assistant advisor to the north and Ted Berg who is assistant advisor to the south. These men are both highly active dual members of the American Legion Family.

I would like to congratulate Detachment Commander John Weiss, his officers, and committeemen for a great year. The Sons of The American Legion Detachment of Minnesota has been an outstanding force in the Minnesota American Legion Family. Many posts in Minnesota would not be alive today without the help of their squadrons. Proving if you want something done, give it to the Sons.

I would be happy to announce all the new officers this year, but the election is not for a month yet, so if you are not attending the Detachment Convention in Morris, stay tuned for that announcement.

Even though I am a dual member, it is always an honor to work with the members of the SAL in the Detachment of Minnesota.

Finally, I want to thank the staff at Department Headquarters for all their help throughout the year. And thanks to Commander Carl Moon for the appointment to this position.
