The Department of Minnesota Scouting Committee met at 10 a.m. March 9 at Apple Valley Post 1776 for the purpose of reviewing and selecting the 2024 Eagle Scout of the Year scholarship winner and conducting other Scouting Committee business. Four District Scout Committee chairmen were in attendance (Districts 2, 4, 7, 9), along with Department HQ representative Jennifer Kelley, Department Americanism Chair Tess Davis and National Americanism Commission Member Al Davis.
