Mail Call: Minnesota Legion scholarship mattered

My name is John Kendall. I was a recipient of the 2023 Minnesota American Legion Baseball Scholarship.

I used the money to pay for my tuition at Lake Superior College’s aviation maintenance technology program. The scholarship was very helpful to me in graduating college debt-free, which was a goal of mine coming out of high school. I have now accepted a job as an aircraft mechanic in Blaine and would like to thank the Minnesota American Legion for assisting me with my education, which has allowed me to start a career in a field I love.
