Kelly endorsed for department president

Linda Kelly has been endorsed by Unit 184 of Pine Island for Department of Minnesota president for 2026-2027. Kelly has been a member for 27 years. She is eligible through the service of two brothers, Stanley and Melroy Kundert.

At the unit level, she has held many positions, including president two terms. On the district level, she has served as chairman of Membership, Children & Youth, Education, Girls State, Leadership, Public Relations, Community Service, Poppy and is currently the Public Relations chairman and, due to the pandemic, Kelly served two years as district president.

Kelly has served as department chairman for Membership, Poppy, Girls State, Legislation and is the current VA&R chairman. She enjoys attending district, department and National events and encourages all members to consider attending; there is so much to learn.

Linda worked for 52 years in Pine Island and retired a few years ago. She has two daughters, Jennie and Sarah, and one grandson, Miles.
