Haugen named Legionnaire of the Year

SAL Detachment Commander John Weiss gives the Legionnaire of the Year award to Robert “Tim” Haugen at the 9th District Mid-Winter Conference on Jan. 20. Haugen is a member with Moorhead Post 21 and a 9th District vice commander.
