Cold Spring Post 455 and Eden Valley Patriot Quilters join forces

Cold Spring Post 455 initiated the services of the Eden Valley Patriot Quilters to make its first presentations of 15 one-of-a-kind personalized quilts delivered free of charge to its members, many of whom are hospitalized, in nursing homes or in assisted living facilities. Also receiving a quilt was Past Commander Ralph Johannes receiving his personalized quilt. The Patriot Quilters have sewn quilts for over 600 veteran recipients since their inception eight years ago. Post 455 has put in an order to purchase additional quilts for many more of its members in the near future.
