In December, Bloomington Post 550 Gambling Manager Tim Engstrom, right, presents a $1,500 check to Every Third Saturday’s Tom McKenna for 10th District Commander Kristy Janigo’s Project. In January, Post 550 mailed another $1,500 to ETS. She has a $20,000 goal and is at $13,000.
