Greetings from the 1st District! I am a PUFL member of Eyota Post 551 and Rochester Squadron 446. My grandfather served in the Army during World War II and my father was in the Air Force during Vietnam.

Moon backed for department commander

Dr. Carl Moon has been endorsed for Department Commander for the 2024-2025 membership year by Kriesel Jacobson Post 560 in Zimmerman. He has also been endorsed by the 6th and 9th districts.

Department Convention next year to be hosted by Willmar

Jim Mertens, chairman of the Convention Corp., said Willmar was approved for the site of the 105th Department Convention. He said committee members are in negotiation for a five-year deal much like the one St. Cloud has for the Fall Conference. Multi-year contracts result in better rates.
