ADSO named chair of Gambling Control Board

ST. PAUL — The assistant department service officer for The American Legion Department of Minnesota, Janet Lorenzo, has been named chairwoman of the Minnesota Gambling Control Board.

Her one-year term began July 17.

The Inver Grove Heights resident is a member of Hastings Post 47 and previously served on the board as secretary.

Gov. Tim Walz first appointed her to the board in 2021, effective July 1.
