Restorative justice is front and center

MINNEAPOLIS — The Veterans Defense Project invites Minnesota veterans and their supporters interested in the justice system to its third annual event.

Retired Maj. Gen. Johanna Clyborne is the featured speaker. Retired Gen. Joseph Votel will provide taped remarks.
The Veterans Defense Project is American Legion Department Commander Carl Moon’s fundraising project.

The event happens 4 p.m. Nov. 12 at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, 1101 Harmon Place, Minneapolis.
