4th District Commander’s February 2025 Report

The holiday season had me running all over the 4th District visiting different post Christmas parties. I’ve been visiting different veteran groups such as Every Third Saturday in South Minneapolis and Honor Bound Veteran in Rochester.

Honor Bound Veteran is going to be a community within a community to aid in the fight against veteran homelessness, loneliness and suicide rates in our ranks. I also attended the legislative mixer put on by 10th District Commander Kristy Janigo. It was truly a great opportunity to be able to rub elbows with senators and state representatives that help with veteran issues.

The first meeting for the Legion Cruisers car club will be on at 10 a.m. Feb. 9 at Post 577 Arcade Phalen. I will be talking about the Legion Cruisers there as well.
